Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Puppy Routine Fix, you agree to these terms.

What you get

A one-time purchase ($19, plus any optional add-on you choose) gives you personal access to the Smart Routine Builder, 30-Day Program, Potty Progress Tracker, reminders and calendar export, Printable Kit and Shared Care Planner. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.

Educational information only

Puppy Routine Fix provides general, educational information about routines and positive-reinforcement training. It is not veterinary, medical or behavioral advice and doesn't replace a veterinarian, certified trainer or veterinary behaviorist. Suggested times are adjustable suggestions, not guaranteed safe limits. You are responsible for your puppy's care, safety and supervision.

No guaranteed results

Every puppy is different. We can't and don't guarantee any specific training or behavior outcome.

Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure. Caregiver links you share give read-only access to your routine; revoke them if they are shared with the wrong person.

Acceptable use

Don't resell, redistribute or publicly share the program content or printables. Personal and household use is fine.

Refunds

See our refund policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with an updated date.
