Refund Policy

We want Puppy Routine Fix to be useful for you and your puppy. If it isn't, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund your payment in full — no complicated forms.

How to request a refund

• Email puppyroutinefix@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout.
• Include your order date. A reason is welcome but not required.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually post them within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Access to the app ends when the refund is processed. You can download your data from Account settings before requesting a refund.
