Privacy Policy

We collect as little information as possible to run Puppy Routine Fix. We don't sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Your email address, to give you access and send receipts and sign-in links.
- Puppy and routine details you enter: your puppy's name and age, wake and bed times, work schedule type, helper names you choose, routine events, potty logs and notes, and lesson progress.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- If analytics are enabled, anonymous product usage events (for example, "quiz completed"). We don't send names, emails or notes to analytics.
We don't collect your street address, precise location or phone number.
How we use it
- To build and show your routine, program progress and tracker.
- To let people you invite view the routine through a private link you control.
- To process payments, refunds and support requests.
Service providers
We use Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Meta (advertising measurement), and, if enabled, Resend (email) and PostHog (analytics). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Advertising and your choices
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To measure whether our ads work, our public pages use the Meta Pixel, and when you buy we tell Meta that a purchase happened, with your email address in hashed (scrambled) form, the amount, and technical data such as your browser type and IP address. Meta may use this to show ads to people like you. This may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
We never send your puppy's details, routine, logs or notes to Meta, and the app you use after purchase is not tracked. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we turn this off automatically. You can also opt out of sharing by emailing us, and adjust ad settings in your Meta account.
Caregiver links
A caregiver link gives read-only access to your puppy's name and routine. You can revoke a link at any time from the Shared Care Planner. We store only a fingerprint (hash) of each link, not the link itself.
Your choices
- Edit your puppy and routine details at any time.
- Download your data from Account settings.
- Delete your account from Account settings. This permanently removes your puppy, routine, logs and progress. We keep basic order records (email, amount, date) as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights to access, correct or delete your information. Contact us to make a request.
Children
Puppy Routine Fix is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
